Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Who we are
Septagram (the "Service") is operated by Septagram LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Septagram", "we", "us").
You can reach us at support@septagram.app. Legal notices go to legal@septagram.app.
2. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.
4. What the Service is
Septagram provides interpretive content and interactive tools drawn from tarot, astrology, numerology, Human Design, Kabbalah, I Ching, runes, and related symbolic traditions, together with an AI conversational assistant.
All content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not advice. Specifically, it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and it does not predict future events. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.
Every reading is one possible framing among many. The founding principle of the Service is direction, not prediction.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@septagram.app if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Current plans and prices are shown at /pricing and are inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before that renewal.
- Payments are processed by — to be named before payments launch, acting as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Karma
The Service includes a progress system called Karma. Karma accumulates through your activity and unlocks visual ranks and cosmetic items within the Service.
Karma has no monetary value. It cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for money or anything outside the Service. It is not a currency, a security, a token, or property. We may adjust how Karma accrues, or discontinue it, at any time, and doing so gives rise to no claim for compensation.
8. Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the Service to give paid readings or advice to third parties, or otherwise resell our content, without our written permission;
- upload or submit another person's personal data — including birth data — unless you have their permission to do so;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access;
- scrape, mine, or bulk-extract content, or use automated means to interact with the Service beyond ordinary personal use;
- use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone, or in any way that breaks the law;
- reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract underlying prompts, models, or datasets.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its written content, its visual system, its personas, and its software are owned by Septagram or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use, and for nothing else.
Historical and public-domain material used within the Service — such as the Rider–Waite–Smith and Marseille tarot imagery, classical astrological texts, and historical divination sources — remains in the public domain. Our presentation, arrangement, translation, and commentary do not.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write into the Service: questions, journal entries, notes, saved readings. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your private content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
11. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service generate text using large language models. Such text can be wrong, inconsistent, or unsuitable. It is generated for you and is not reviewed by a person before you see it. Treat it as material to think with, not as fact and not as instruction.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may run maintenance without notice when necessary.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any content in it is accurate or complete.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Septagram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, your statutory rights.
15. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Data and privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections 7, 9, 13, 14, and 16 survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence, this clause does not remove that right, and mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country continue to apply to you.
Before starting formal proceedings, please write to legal@septagram.app. Most things are faster to fix that way.
17. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. If a translated version differs from the English one, the English version governs. This does not affect any right you have under your local law to receive information in your own language.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
